The tragedy of Grenfell Tower has exposed the disastrous effects of austerity and the Tories' disregard for working class communities. #PMQs

The tower blog was built in the 70s

Faulty fridges occur everywhere all the time.

What a fool that man is.........

It is more to do with how the fridge freezers are made and allowed in this and probably other countries......but in USA and other places those back panels have to be steel....So it's upto the manufacturers regarding the equipment.......

The Grenfell fire was due to the cladding, no sprinklers and some other issues.

Hopefully....all of these tall buildings will be checked and redone where necessary.

Fire Regs shouldn't just be "you should" they should be clear cut and mandatory on all buildings.
Madeleine McCann- Abducted May 2007 from Praia Da Luz, Algarve, Portugal.

They (Labour are) now calling for the ones responsible - Council, Fire Inspectors, Health and Safety Officials, folks in house planning, the government, Ms May .... the list goes on, to be prosecuted.
The trolls funding a shamed coppers right to lie about Kate and Gerry McCann are a new level of weirdo.[omitted] they may have destroyed all hope for good.Talking up conspiracy theories is one thing.Wrecking the search for an abducted child is another.-The Sun

Seems as if the nation will (soon) have to learn (all over again) how badly Labour governs.

The party has a thumping majority in the polls.
